As summer approaches, peoples thoughts start to turn to their holidays in the sunshine, and our business turns from the traditional viewing trips we offer throughout the year to the viewing appointments we arrange for people visiting the Algarve on holiday, but what’s the difference?

Essentially the only difference is that we don’t organise your flights and provide your accommodation.

The service provided to our viewing appointment clients is exactly the same as it is for our viewing trip clients.

When you wish to organise your viewing appointment, a member of our office team will speak with you and find out exactly what your requirements are :

1, what type of property you would like,

2, how much you want to spend,

3, what you want to use the property for

4, any lifestyle requirements you have

5, your likes, dislikes and dreams.

Once we know your preferred days, accommodation and contact details we will block you 2 or 3 days in the viewing diary and assign you an on the road specialist who will, a few days before you arrive, arrange a number of viewings which meet the criteria you have given us.

Based on the feedback they receive from the initial few viewings, your specialist will then use their expertise to tailor further viewings exactly to your tastes until they find you your Ideal Home!

We then have our fantastic client liaison and Aftersales services to guide you smoothly through the conveyancing process and beyond to the marketing and rental management of your property if that is part of your requirements.
