If you decide to buy Duncan Bannatyne's holiday home, you may not see any dragons, but you'll find plenty of other wildlife around.

The multimillionaire businessman and Dragon's Den guru is selling his Lake District lodge, and it could be yours for just £320,000.

With stunning views over Lake Windermere to the fells beyond, the lodge is in Fallbarrow Park, within walking distance of Bowness but surrounded by stunning scenery and mature woodland.

There are several bars and restaurants on the site, as well as sports facilities, a launderette and a marina with boat launch facilities.

Measuring 44 feet by 20 in total, the wooden lodge has three compact bedrooms, one with en suite, as well as a separate bathroom and open-plan kitchen/dining/living room. All the furnishings are included.

The kitchen is finished to a high standard, with modern high gloss wall and base units and solid wood work surfaces. There's a double electric oven with halogen hob and illuminated extract, along with a fridge/freezer and microwave.

Outside, there's a terrace, with parking for two cars and a shared lawned area to the front and back.

The 67-year-old has owned the lodge for the past three years, having bought it after splitting up with his second wife Joanne and selling his French villa. But after having spent many holidays there with his children and grandchildren, he's believed to be selling it now to concentrate on his Portuguese property portfolio.

The lodge might seem surprisingly modest for someone of Bannatyne's wealth. But the Dragon's Den gurus are generally very canny with their money, and don't believe in splashing it about unnecessarily. Fellow Dragon Hilary Devey, for example, says that she'd never buy a private jet.

And recently, Sarah Willingham told the Press Association that children's pocket money should always be earned. And, she says, " I often say to my kids: 'Oh, can you go and get me some plain flour... bring me the cheapest."
