    "TESTIMONIAL IDEAL HOMESIn the earlier part of 2014 we as a family decided to look to purchase a property abroad and it was going to be Portugal.We came across an advertisement that Ideal Homes would be holding a property show at my local football club.I duly telephoned the contact number and made an appointment to meet an adviser.On the day of my appointment I was introduced to Adele a very competent young lady who took me through all I needed to know about purchasing a property in PortugalAdele explained how Ideal Homes could help in finding the right property as we had a certain criteria that the property had to meet.What was good about the appointment was there was no pressure selling just good honest advice and a willingness to help.The next stage was to fly out to Portugal and view a number of properties.Ideal homes made all the arrangements booked the flights and Hotel and met me at the airport.The following two days was spent with a representative of Ideal Homes viewing a number of properties that fitted our criteria.On the second day we found the ideal property Ideal Homes introduced me to a solicitor Dr Paula Meireles who took me through the whole buying process and made me aware of what my cost would be so there would be no hidden surprises further down the line all this was provided through Ideal Homes.While the sales process was going through Ideal Homes kept in touch and gave me good advice on buying Euro’s through a broker rather than a Bank a very useful bit of advice.When the purchase of the property went through we were introduced to Michelle Cole Ideal Homes after sales Manager.Michelles department offers a very comprehensive package and we duly signed up for it. The package includes renting out the property if we wish to do so sorting cleaning ,laundry, post ,gardener and pool man and various other helping aids.Michelles wealth of local knowledge is priceless to someone who is stepping into the unknown in a foreign country and I would highly recommend this service from Ideal Homes.Finally to sum up we have found our experience with Ideal Homes thoroughly professional ,friendly and very helpful with no pressure selling and that is a rare commodity in today’s World.Regards Eric & Linda Wells "
