In 2020 we at Ideal Homes Rentals launched a brand new website and bookings system, created partnerships with numerous international booking portals, and adapted our strategy to ensure we continue reaching a wealth of international guests

This year our target is to fill 30 weeks of bookings in each of our rental properties. We have invested heavily into 2021 and are positive for what’s to come.

If you have a property which you would like to make more money from, or are unsatisfied with your current rental management company, we are keeping our prices the same for our rental management programme, at €1000 per year and 10% commission on bookings until February. After this, our new prices will be €1500 per year and 15% commission.
